Honestly, I've been trying to understand the lure of mainstream magazines for the general public when there are so many other tools from which to get information and images. You might think that people would not want to spend the money on booklets such as magazines anymore. Yet, people get and maintain magazine subscriptions everyday. Now, for the gospel industry, which is beginning to be more televised, I can see why a magazine would be a necessary tool to get inside the gospel music industry. If it were as available as a People magazine, they may find themselves with more money (as long as they sold the magazines in markets previously expected to be profitable).
