Word has it that Ben Tankard is set to release a new project on April 28th. The album, entitled Mercy, Mercy, Mercy, is the 16th album from this awesome gospel jazz artist/keyboardist/songwriter/producer/arranger… THE SIXTEENTH! 
I don’t own too many of his albums– not cuz they’re not good (I think he’s pretty phenomenal)… just still workin’ my way into the gospel jazz vibe. I’ma try to get this one, though.

I'm a huge jazz fan and enjoy listening to it after a long hard day at work. Ben Tankard is the first jazz artist that got me into liking jazz. I have maybe 5 LPs by him and will be definitely copping this one.
I am looking forward to this. Ben Tankard has inspired me as a musician. As a result I am releasing my first instrumental album on May 18th.
