Just take a minute to listen to the authenticity of the message– not everyone sings with this type of sincerity anymore. It is, of course, made better by the fact that you’ve got great vocalists like Tata Vega, Ann McCrary, Byran Wilson and Mavis Staples with some impromptu performances on it. ;-)

Sure nuff blessed me *in tears* Without faith it would impossible to please Him. Jesus! How hard we try, every so often, on our own, with our flesh to please God to no avail --- When God is pleased by our faith in the COMPLETE work of Christ on the cross, and faith in His provision of grace that we might live the lives he has called us to in Love. It is also beautiful to see our elder brothers and sisters in Christ who have been tried and have persevered in The Gospel, and are telling us that FAITH has brought them that far. Thank You Lord. Sorry for the book yall, lol. But it unexpectedly ministered to me in it's simplicity and sincerity.

This song still makes me cry every time! So simple sung with such passion (if you know all these people's stories.........cancer survivors, survivors of life..........overcomers!!!) It's so beautiful and goes for blacks and whites alike! We all need faith to survive and Jesus is the ONLY WAY! Yes, Pastor Crouch you wrote it LONG AGO.........JESUS IS THE ANSWER AND JESUS IS THE WAY! I sure wish the churches would start operating on that word more and stop operating in the ways of the world................ Oh, but's that's another story for another time!
