I raaaaved about Trent Cory in April (click here to read that). Then I interviewed him in May. Then I added this song, “Awesome Wonder,” to the PunditPlayer in June. Then, JJ Hairston & Youthful Praise covered the song on their latest project, Resting On His Promise. Coincidence? Maybe… but JJ does read GospelPundit on the regular. Gimme my credit, JJ!!! 
Imagine my sheer delight when I learned that Trent recently released a VIDEO of this song! If you guys haven’t bought his album, Freedom Is, by now, I don’t know what more I can do. BUY IT!

Ok,, I will not lie this is the first website that I heard this song on, immediately purchasing the cd after hearing it. It takes me in from beginning to end. The Youthful Praise take on it also surprised me as I have never heard Troy Bright lift a song up the heavens like that. All I can say is call for an usher to lay a sheet over my on the floor, whenever this is played.

I love it. I am not sure where I first heard this song, but I have to tell you that it is one of my faves. I don't have the cd yet, but I plan to get it because there are other nice songs on there.

I can just see them flowing into "Jesus Jesus Jesus what a wonder you are" and from there to the old school "He's a wonder In my soul". GGRREEAATT SONG!!! I love it! I had to email practically everyone I know about it. lol Good Stuff!
Awesome Wonder is one of my absolute FAVS on the Youthful Praise CD. I'll listen to some links from his project and consider purchasing.
Heard it on the punditplayer, purchased the CD, fell in love with the WHOLE CD. It is a must have, especially for worshippers.

Wow! Trent Cory's voice and ministry is awesome! That raspiness is pretty nice, it's like you can feel the anointing all behind it! I have the YP CD and I haven't even made it to the end to hear the song yet (shame on me) but I'm listening to it now on my phone! Hallelujah! BTW, EJ, I think you are doing a wonderful job on this site. I personally believe that the way you present information is a lot less like gossip, which is awesome! Its like getting the gospel news, and having your opinion given as well, and I appreciate the sentiment in which you provide your opinion. Kudos to you, and many more years to come!
