GiveAway: Share Your Christmas Plans And Win Free Music!

In a few hours, I’m posting the first entry of a new series called ‘Tis The Season, in which several of your favorite gospel artists will share their favorite part of the Christmas holiday, as well as tell us what they’re doing this year for Christmas.  Check the site daily to see who’s sharing and what they have to say!

To kick things off, I’ll tell you MY favorite part of Christmas and what I plan to do…  My favorite part of the Christmas season is spending time with family.  My wife and I plan to visit our family this year and have a great time filled with laughter and love. :-)

Now, here’s your chance to SHARE… and WIN some stuff!

Tell me:  (1) your favorite part of the Christmas holiday and (2) what you’re planning to do this year.

As a gift, I’m giving away FREE iTunes Gift Cards to 10 people who leave a comment.  Make sure you enter a valid email address when you comment.  I’ll select 10 comments at random, and I’ll email those folks with iTunes download codes for 10 free Christmas tunes courtesy of Integrity Music!

I’m selecting the names at MIDNIGHT, so make sure you leave your comment by 11:59pm Central Standard Time, tonight, December 17th.  You can always comment after that, too… you just won’t win anything from me but a smile. ;-)

My favorite part if the holiday is remembering and celebrating the birth of Christ with my family. I love the feeling I get around this time of the year. I plan on having dinner with my family this year. Just enjoying the holiday with laughter, cheer, and love.

My favorite part of the Christmas holiday is spending time with family. This year my family & I are planning a huge family dinner at my house on Dec. 23. My sister-in-law & her in-laws usu. get together on Christmas Eve so we never see her. My bro usu. works on Christmas Day so we don't get to see him. This way we'll get to see everyone and celebrate as a family.

What I enjoy most about the holiday time is my family and all the good food. This year I'll be spending the holiday with my mother and sis who is going thru an unfortunate time. I just love to spend time with those who I love.

My favourite part of the Christmas holiday is being able to see the joy in peoples faces when you wish them a merry christmas and well wishes for the new year. Despite the hectic hours of the day, despite the sadness in the world, THE LORD brings a JOY that is UNSPEAKABLE!!! NO one can take that away and during this time Christmas brings people from all areanas of life together! This year will be very special to me as I am returning home from medical school. I must admit I took many things for granted when I was home. Coming home will be an awesome feeling!!!! I will pay very close attention to the little things this year and I will ensure that Christmas will be celebrated with LOTS of LOVE!!!!

My favorite part of Christmas is spending time with my family and seeing the look on my mother's face when she gets her present. For this year my aunt is coming down for Christmas so we're going to spend time with her and the cousins. I might be going to the Pace Sisters concert that same night as well.

My favorite part of the Christmas Holiday is cooking. There are two dishes that Icook only twice a year: cornbread dressing and mac n' cheese. My family looks forward to my specialty dishes as I look forward to theirs. even though through the years we have all swapped recipes, everyone still has thier own special dish that is expected at holiday time. My plans for Christmas are simple: spending time with my son while he is home from college. I plan to cook (he says dorm food is awful), wash (the pink out of all his clothes) and stay up each night catching up with my son--who is now a young man who just completed his first successful year of college and football season and San Jose State. I am truly thankful and proud!

My favorite part of the Christmas holiday is waking up and watching my family open gifts. The expressions on their faces and the comments are hilarious! I also love listening to my favorite Christmas carols. This year I plan to do a solo. I will sing "Happy Birthday, Jesus!" I will also observe a young minister's initial sermon and enjoy a Christmas dinner with friends and family. @Everyone: Merry Christmas!

My favorite part of Christmas is spending time with family. All year long we are busy running around with a million little things to do. But Christmas is when we stop, get together and as a family reflect upon God's gift of Jesus. This year, I am starting a new tradition. My husband and I are inviting the family over for hot cider and a singalong. We will sing a medley of Christmas songs that express the real reason for the season, Jesus' birth. I can't wait.

Wow my favorite thing about the Christmas season is of course celebrating the birth of Christ but also the fact that I'm able to give to someone else and not always take all the time is such an honor for me.Being with my family snuggled up on a couch reminiscing and watching old christmas movies is also my favorite moment of Christmas. This christmas my family and I plan to spend quality time with each other and enjoy one anothers company while opening gifts.

During the Holidays I usually go down to the Salvation army office and decorate the tree and help serve dinner. This is something I have done for many years. This year I plan On having Christmas with family and friends filled with love and joy, But I will miss the Salvation army celebration. The Economy has made the local office close down so there won't be any dinner this year.
