Gearing Up: Hezekiah Walker To Dominate Times Square In NYC

Bishop Hezekiah Walker is holding a MAJOR prayer vigil for Haiti on Thursday, February 4th, from 5pm to 7pm, in the world-famous Times Square, NYC.  Joel and Victoria Osteen are expected to join him in the time of prayer, as well as NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg, NY Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, and many others.

The prayer will extend from 46th Street to 48th Street in Times Square.  Amid sooo many Haiti relief efforts, Bishop Walker says that “this is the one thing that everyone can participate in.  During a time that the economy is still suffering for some, prayer is free and available to everyone.”

Makes me wish I still lived in NYC a lil’ bit.  Anyone planning to attend?

I'm a new member of Kingdom Fellowship. Since joining the church the first Sunday of the new year I've been so full of life. On Tuesday night when the bishop informed us on that he went to the mayor's office and got Times Square I couldn't believe it. I'm so proud to be a member of Kingdom Fellowship and I know that this year will be the best year of my life!! I will be in Times Square next thursday to pray for Haiti.

I know! I'm here in the NC and we are getting it pretty good now! it's still coming down steadily. I wish I could attend. We are having various events around our area as well (concerts/benefit events, food, clothes, and money drives/and even people raising money to travel to Haiti to provide medical care--since that's what we are known for). Yeah, I may try to gothough. My cousin will be here from NY next week (I just thought about it!). I may attend with her.
