I often get requests from people who ask to write for GospelPundit.com. Truth be told– I’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to writing, punctuation, grammar, subject-verb agreement, dangling prepositions and wit. So, I tend to operate on more of a “don’t call us, we’ll call you” policy.
Every now and then, though, I stumble across some folks whose writing is so good that I’m willing to shamelessly pursue them. With that, I’ve got a couple of fellas I want you guys to meet–
TROY LILLY

I stumbled upon Troy’s website and was so impressed with his writing ability that I simply HAD to ask him to contribute to GospelPundit.com. The bonus was that he’s a great photographer, too. I think you’ll find a professionalism in his style and delivery that cannot be matched by many. You’ll see what I mean VERY soon…
EZEKIEL ”EaZy” HARRIS
“I am a lover and supporter of all kinds of music – ESPECIALLY gospel music and a self-proclaimed music aficionado, as evidenced by an impeccably organized iTunes library. I was born, raised and currently reside in Chicago, IL where I attend the Salem Baptist Church of Chicago. I work in the Health Care Industry by day, and am an entertainment blog and Facebook enthusiast by night. Although I have no experience in the Gospel Music Industry, I’ve played instruments and sung in enough local choirs and groups to know how things should go (*lol*) and will eventually spearhead the effort to return choir music to popularity.”
EaZy is a GospelPundit.com reader whose comments caught my attention because they were always quick-witted and insightful. He’ll be weighing-in from time to time with album reviews and editorials. His first one will be coming up soon, so stay tuned for it.

That's great EJ! You are definitely one of the BEST industry journalists I have ever "read"....lol...not seen, ya get it?...ok..see this is EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE TALKIN ABOUT!..LOL! Seriously, your "voice" as a writer is very distinct and full of wisdom and integrity. These qualities are rare in journalism, even in the Gospel Music Industry now a days. Trying to keep the latest news as juicy as possible, some journalists take the low road enticing a tone of gossip. You, on the other hand, DO NOT tolerate such foolishness and that's why we love what you write and read what you say!! May God continue to bless you and the addition to your team!

@v4c - it is almost impossible for me to capitalize on my personal laptop. every time i reach for the shift key, i lose my thought. i cannot focus with a laptop, i need to be sitting at a desk to do anything that requires concentration - pay bills, shop, work, etc. a caps lock light would rock my world! my trademark, huh? let's go with that...
