Maurette Brown Clark is prepping for her next live recording, to be held on April 23rd in Norfolk, VA.
In my opinion, Maurette is one of the most underrated praise & worship-styled artists in our genre– the sincerity and passion with which she sings is second to none. And she’s one of my favorite ad libbers, too. 
Plus, she gets kudos for working the daylights outta her last album– she was topping charts at radio for YEARS after its release.

booo I can't go this time. I love her!!! She is so down to earth and a comedian.. Love who she is and all her music. I have all her albums. I went to last live recording and love it! Oh well I will have to wait for the release of this one..
Love her latest single..."Sovereign God" (not sure if that's correct title). It's a beautiful, powerful song!! Wish I could be at her live recording, but maybe next time.
Her last Cd was Bangin!!!! I'm still listening to it now. I wanna see if I can make it to this recording!! She is a wonderful artist.
She's one of the Richard Smallwood VISION soloist to break out nationally. Love her music, great writer too. I'm so waiting on this cd and Richard Smallwood and VISION's upcoming cd. BRING IT!!!!!
WHO'S PRODUCING IT?
Love this woman. She recorded a too little known gem called "The One He Kept for Me". It is a love song (ok, for the churchy/traditionalist folk: a wedding song). This song is gorgeous. It remains one of my favorites songs period. Her delivery was not over the top, she didn't try to bring the house down it was just simply sung and effective. Can't make the recording but I will ask God to bless that evening. Cheers!

I wish I could make it!!!! I LOVE Maurette! She is definitely one of the most underrated artists in the business. She GIVES it to ya. She knows how to work a song!!! I love it!

Maurette's first CD is my absolute favorite. I call her the Phillipe Wynn of Gospel. I won't be there but I wish her the best!

I will be there. I love Maurette. She is awesome. Her last CD, The Dream was wonderful and I have burned up three of them. Her vocals are great, I am envious of her ad-libbing. She is just about the best at it in the game. Further, her background vocalist are THE BEST!!! Those young men and women are anointed and topped by NONE! I may be alittle bias as my son is the group director/artist - Anthony Brown. I am tremendously grateful to Maurette for her investment to his ministry and life. I will be there with my shouting shoes on and am anticipating/expecting a bless time in Jesus!
As Maurette's Personal Trainer and Friend I must say that I have comes to know many wonderful and exceptional people that have giving or left an edilible impact on many lives. Such a Jewel as Maurette in her total persona(BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT) has through her Beautiful Sultry Voice and her Unconditional Love in our GOD has impacted as well as enlighten me with deep loving blessing that without a doubt is being channeled through her through our most Wonderful and Loving GOD. I feel so honored in filling the roll of overseeing her Temple Building so that her overflow can further reach though embracing souls that Love as well as in search of our Lord and Savior.
