The only music video to ever make me cry is Aaron Hall’s “I Miss You.” But I’ll be doggoned if this video didn’t almost get me! I had to take a minute and breathe, but I maintained my composure.
Hezekiah Walker & LFC have recorded a great concept video for their hit single “God Favored Me,” featuring Marvin Sapp. I’m loving the production quality (yes!), camera shots, lighting, the simplicity of the storylines, the styling… all of it. Marvin Sapp is doing his thing, too.
And, a bit of trivia for ya– the daughter in the video is actually Bishop Hez’s daughter, Kyasia, all grown and what not.
Whatd’ya think???

Remember when you wrote about music videos in the gospel industry, EJ? Well, this video should change your mind! Well done (in tears)
whewwwwwwww!!!!!!! I'm actually going through somethings right now and I know in the end "God will Favor Me" over these situations. I'm "Triumphant"..
"The only music video to ever make me cry is Aaron Hall’s “I Miss You."" lol...it was pretty sad, lol...
VERY nice!
i AGREE wholeheartedly w/trueblu! rarely do you see a GOSPEL music video of this quality (visually, creatively, etc.). i got a little misty eyes too...at THIS video, not at "I Miss You" *suppressed giggles*
eyes = eyed
One word: Beautiful! And not just for a gospel music video. This is one of the best videos I've seen this year, period. My photographic eye was stimulated from beginning to end, but what pushes this clip over the edge is the emotion it evokes. It grabs you and doesn't let go. Tyler Perry should take notes from this video before he inserts any more "church" moment in his movies.
"Tyler Perry should take notes from this video before he inserts any more “church” moment in his movies." Totally feel you on that, Troy. Church scenes in movies always feel contrived to me...cause you can't fake the Holy Ghost. Maybe they need to actually have church before they go into the church scenes...
E.J.!!! LOL! I haven't thought about Aaron Hall's "I Miss You" video in years!!! Wow! (I cried too...dang.) LOL! I really love this video as well. Now THIS is what I'm talking about concerning the production quality and styling. VERY NICE!! Also, super-singer/songwriter Jason Clayborn of Louisville, Kentucky is one of the singers! Everyone, keep your ears and eyes on this brotha! He is doing great things for the Kingdom!
Now that's what you call a great video! To me it gave the song a whole new meaning. Both the story lines and the quality of the acting was great. It made the song even more relatiable becasue we all have either been in or know someone who has been through these situations. Keep up the good work Pastor Hez and LFC!
Now this is what I am talking about, this is a great video. I love the song too.
loved it.. cant even say how much...it helps that i love the song! :)
Powerful Video! Quality was Excellent! Well-Done! www.twitter.com/khinesmusic
