We had a great time praying for Kierra Sheard all last week. I wanna encourage you guys to remain steadfast and intentional in prayer. Ok, this week, we’re shifting gears a bit in that we’re not praying for a recording artist– we’re praying for an industry executive. He’s actually one of my favorite folks in this business– Benjamin Jeffrey Grant Clark (Jeff Grant).
Jeff Grant is the Vice President of Radio Promotions & Artist Relations at Verity Gospel Music Group. Aside from being at the helm of chart-topping radio successes like “Never Would Have Made It,” he’s been at Verity for quite a while, helping to guide the recording careers of Donnie McClurkin, Fred Hammond, Richard Smallwood, Hezekiah Walker, Dorinda Clark-Cole and more.
One of my favorite pieces of trivia about Jeff Grant is that he wrote Hezekiah Walker’s “The Lord Will Make A Way Somehow” yeeeeears ago (yes, the one that Kim Burrell covered and the one we’re still going bananas over. He’s a gifted musician and wise business man, but he’s also a great husband (like, one of those that you’d wanna watch to learn from), father and grandfather. So let’s go!
Father, thank You for the life of Jeff Grant. Thank You for his gifts and his abilities. Thank You for all of the opportunities You’ve given him– they allow him to be a capable, grounded and effective vehicle for ministry in this world. Thank You for investing time and love into him.
God, I pray that You would continue to be attentive to Jeff Grant. I pray that You will continue to remind him of the great responsibility on his life and I pray that he is perpetually aware of his unique purpose here. Cover him– physically, spiritually, emotionally– by the blood of Your Son, Jesus. Bless his marriage, his role as a father and as a grandfather. Allow him to be God-led in each of those roles and guide him to be an example of Christ’s love for us.
For Your glory’s sake, allow his labor in this industry, and in the Kingdom at large, to be fruitful. Give him wisdom and discernment. Allow his decisions to be sound and full of compassion. Please continue to reign on the throne of his heart, so that You will forever be his focus and his God. I pray this in the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Lord I wanna thank you for this prayer list, and the vessel that we are lifting up this week Jeff Grant. Father I thank you for his life and who has become in life. Continue to lead him and guide him in every role that he plays in life. Bless him on his job, in his marriage, his ministry, and his family. Draw him closer to you and I pray that he remembers that he is nothing with out you and that everything he does is for your glory. I pray that you would cover him with the blood of Jesus and keep back every hinderance that tries to get in his way of pleasing you In Jesus name, Amen.
Lord god, Thank you for jeff grant. I pray that you continually use him to do your will. Protect him in EVERY way: physically, mentally,emotionally, as well as spiritually. Lord bless his job and his family in every way possible,let no weapon formed against him by the enemy prosper, for he is your child god. I pray these blessings on him and MANY more in jesus name...AMEN!!!
@Ej I have no problem about praying for this man. But what about the people of the gulf coast affected by this oil spill and lives and businesses have been changed. I just feel our prayers should also be focused towards them b/c they really need it. Maybe you can add them too EJ Thanks
My God, thank you for your many blessings. Forgive me, Lord, as I forgive others. Cleanse me now so that You may receive this prayer. I lift up Bro. Grant with the GospelPundit family. Father, continue to guide him in all he does and give him strength where he is weak. Thank you for using him as an example to others...showing them how to conduct business and love their families. Help him to continue to keep You first so that he can always be a witness of how much you will bless an obedient life. We love You and we praise You. In Jesus name...Amen.
Lord God, I come to you in the name of your son Jesus asking that You bless brother Jeff Grant right now. Bless him from the top of his head to the sole of his feet. Bless like only you can. Give him peace where his heart is troubled. Give him wisdom where he is confused. You know his needs, so bless him now. I thank You for the ways you have already used him in Your kingdom. Let all those around him be blessed because of the overflow anointing on his life. I ask these blessings in Jesus name, AMEN!
Bless your Holy and wonderful name. There is none like you in all the earth. Lord, I come before you today to lift up our brother Jeff Grant to you. Thank you for loving and keeping him. Thank you for the example he has provided to other young christian businessmen. Thank you for the ministry that has come forth as a result of your work in him. I pray that he continues to walk in integrity, no matter the temptation or promise of success. Lord grant him the knowledge and wisdom to conduct business according to the principles in your word. I pray that he never becomes so wrapped up in the industry that he neglects the primary purpose , which is to glorify you. May his motives remain pure. Give him the strength to overcome all stress and anxiety. Lord, continue to be a blessing to him so that he can bless others. Bless his family, his friends and his business associates. Grant them sufficiency in all things. I pray this prayer in faith and in Jesus name, Amen.

Dear heavenly father, as we approach your throne, we want to thank you for the many blessings and mercies you have given us. Please forgive us for anything that we have done that may prevent our prayers from being heard. Lord, please bless our brother Jeff Grant. Guide him in his everyday endeavors and give him strength to do your will. Please help in him every aspect of his life. Please bless his family and everyone on this post sending up a prayer, in your son's Jesus name Amen.

Father God in the name of Jesus, I lift my brother Jeff Grant unto you today Lord. I thank you that you would bless him in every eandevor that he embarks upon. I thank you that he walks in perfect healing and that he eats oof the bread of healing until he is full. Father, I thank you for blessing his family I declare that they are blessed coming in and blessed going out. I declare in the name of Jesus that everything he puts his hand to will prosper because he is your child, and every lying tongue that risez up against him shall be condemned. I thank you lord that no plague shall come nigh his dwelling and that everything that you have spoken inton his life shall come to fruition.
