Troy Lilly has HELD IT DOWN for the past several weeks, writing awesome recap after awesome recap of BET’s nationwide talent competition Sunday Best. What better way to discuss the season finale at GospelPundit.com than in Troy’s own words? Without any delay, here’s Troy Lilly…
* * *
It’s official – the people have spoken and the results are in.
LeAndria Johnson is the winner of BET’s Sunday Best for season three. Thousands from around the country auditioned, but in the end there could be only one. She won the title after viewers like you took to the Web and phone lines, casting votes online and via telephone and text.
She will receive a national recording contract and a 2010 Ford Taurus SHO.
But she didn’t have time to get caught up in celebrating. Immediately after she was named the winner, LeAndria debuted her first original song, “I Shall Leap Into My Destiny.” Sounds like she’s ready to leap forth into her new recording career.
LeAndria beat out the unlikeliest Sunday Best contestant yet, 79-year-old Elder Goldwire McLendon. Elder McLendon defied the myth that you have to be young to win a singing competition, and that age works against you. He showed that his seven decades of experience only helped him. That, and the anointing.
The show was awesome, too. The theme for the evening was “seasons.” Host Kirk Franklin said there’s a time for weeping. “A time to weep a time to laugh and a time to sing.”
Representing the East Coast, Bishop Hezekiah Walker and the Love Fellowship Choir opened the finale with their ubiquitous choir-favorite “Souled Out.” Choir members appeared in the audience and ran up on stage with Hezekiah Walker. They really got the house rockin’.
Each of the contestants performed a medley of songs that comprised their best showing during the competition.
LeAndria Johnson sang, “I Love the Lord,” “He Was There All the Time,” and “In the Midst of It All.”
Asked why she sings they way she does, LeAndria simply answered, “pain!” Before coming to Sunday Best she lost her house. In the audition she wore flip-flops and socks because that’s all she could find. She said at one point she had chosen death over life. But one song got her through: Yolanda Adams’ “In the Midst of It All. How ironic that she also sang it during the show. Yolanda was honored and said she feels the pain, but more importantly, the victory of LeAndria.
Elder Goldwire McLendon began singing a few bars of “Yes, Jesus Loves Me” with barely any music, and moved right into “The Battle Is The Lord’s,” another Yolanda song. He finished up with a characteristically energetic rendition of “He’s Keeping Me Alive.”
One week before Elder McLendon auditioned for Sunday Best he heard God say he was moving into a new season of his life. “God will set you up if you stay in His will,” Elder McLendon said. Throughout the competition, it seemed like Elder McLendon had been set up by God to win. And he was certainly a worthy contender. Judge Tina Campbell said, “every time I experience you I experience the God that you love and live for.
Season Two mentor Donald Lawrence returned with a few special guests to showcase his quintessential hits. Season two contestants, Jessica Reedy and Latice Crawford, sang “Seasons,” and “Encourage Yourself” respectively. And Season Two winner, Y’Anna Crawley, sang a stripped-down version of “The Blessing of Abraham.” Together, they did a few bars of “Let the Word Do the Work.”
But no one could have prepared for the special treat that came next.
God answered my personal prayer and this year’s mentor, Kim Burrell, FINALLY performed. And the wait was so worth it. She remixed “Oh, Lord” from her Everlasting Life album, freestyling the words up to recognize Sunday Best contestants Martha Buries, Dathan Thigpen, Tiffany Carlin-Laird and Orlando Wright. Her musical acumen is undeniable and reaches across so many genres. I would go as far to say she’s the finest gospel-jazz singer of our time.
In addition to the prizes given to the winner and runner-up, Kirk presented a generous donation of $30,000 on behalf of BET to the New Orleans’s Ellis Marsalis Center for Music. New Orleans native and saxophonist Calvin Johnson was the featured local musician this week.
Season three of Sunday Best will go down in the books as a competition that redefined what a contestant should look like. It also showed, yet again, that the power of gospel music has no limit, and the healing power can often touch the person who sings it as much as those who hear it.
LeAndria Johnson’s win this year was a triumph over the competition, but equally a triumph in her personal life. As Kim Burrell warned her, she’ll have to start preparing for life as LeAndria “after the fact.”

Great recap, Troy. Thanks!
NOW, what are we gonna do on Sunday evenings?!
Leave a comment and lemme know what you folks liked/disliked about the season finale! And what do you think about how it all turned out?!

The highlight of the night IMO was seeing the Top 3 of last season's Sunday Best reunited on stage. They looked terrific and sounded just as good as I remembered them last year. It further reminded me of how much more I enjoyed last season's group of competition. I would have liked if Kim Burrell sang her song just as it was. The interweaving of the contestants name was cheesy & got a little boring towards the end. It was almost unnecessary because it took away some of LeAndria's time to sing at the very end. But overall, it was a nice finale although anti-climatic because it was pre-recorded weeks 2 months ago. But congrats to LeAndria!
Troy..another great recap..what can I say.I did not watch the show for personal reasons...However congratulations to Leandria ,the people spoke!!!... Elder Goldwire did an awesome job ,the bar for the competion was raised becaused of him. In the end the car made the only diffrence in prizes. Not to put a damper on this event...but some viewers are contributing Elder's advance in the competition to his age.... well on the other hand some viewers were also sympathetic to Le Andria ,because she said she lost her home..The "JOb syndrome".,which was only partially true ..In an interview at the end of the competition she said that the house did not belong to her..she had rented it,and the owner went into foreclosure..something to think about. I would like to congratulate the judges on a job well done this season...They took the show to another level.Bloggers are dubbing it the best "Sunday Best" ever. Special shout out should go to Donnie on his phenominal imput ..... Have a great week all!!!
both contestants were awesome in their own way and will both be successful in whatever they do. leeandria was good to begin with, and it see.s that after she surrendered eveything to God,she transformed right before our eyes. she and i have somethings in common and before the finale i felt like giving up. after i heard her open her mouth last night, i decided to re dedicate myself to Christ and allow him to use me in anyway he wants. congratulations to everyone!
I'm glad LeAndria won, but I don't feel as the Elder lost ya know. I don't know....the whole pre-taped ending just throws me off. It was like LeAndria won, ok, season over goodbye. (((ok did my clothes stop drying yet?...forgetting about the show LOL))) I was feeling the Hezekiah Walker performance. Y'all know Kim is my girl, but I didn't sit through the performance, I just wanted her to sing her song, but I think the thought was nice. I was feeling the Jessica, Latice, and Y'Anna song, at first I was like, they bringing out Jessica at this point in time???...but then Latice and Y'Anna came out and I was pleased...I wanted to hear more of Y'Anna though and Donnie McClurkin too....just setting it off up in there LOL. @amazing-I didn't know that about LeAndria, but a lost is a lost I guess (((shrugs))) Question..did Kim Burrell mention the entire top 10 in her song or just a select few? Also, how much did Elder Goldwire get for runner up???
Everyone is seeming to forget that or not notice that Duward Davis waht not there?!?!??!?!?
@Troy, great recap as usual. What Kim did was so touching. Kim is a very good jazz singer and she sings gospel too!...lol! @worshipisme, I noticed and questioned also.
Bet should have been ashamed of itself for passing a talent contest as a scripted series, which SB was this season. I think taping two versons of them winning the car was unessasary and was unprofessional. You don't see it on Amwerican idol.Is this the cheap way to do it BEt?
Wow, i have already commented on the 2 finales that were taped...and why let the public judge at the end AND NOT ALL THRU THE COMPETITION... SMH...those are among the cornucopia of things that permeate my mind. With Elder Goldwire...the Mary's said in previous seasons that when older contestants auditioned, they could never see them outside the church, and would not let them thru to the next round...i guess that went out the window!!! I'm just sayin'...Elder is hot right now, and we will see him again. Somebody will sign him...he is very well liked and brings senior swagger!! :) I also thought the serenade with Kim B. was kinda one-sided...why didn't others get a personal tribute...did they draw names? All in all, again, as I stated in another post, Leandria would have been more excited and screamin' and hollin ( which would have been good) and believable if it was live...its like when you have a surprise birthday party and someone slipped up and told you about it. and your reaction on the day of the actual party is not real...but anyway, the show was pretty good, and i celebrate both...and it was great seeing previous contestants also. !
Hopefully, BET will learn from past...and isnt this a Kirk produced show?....its Churchboy productions, right? Then he's gettin' a check...i aint mad
the anointing was all over both contestants this year! this is by far THE BEST season thus far. It was NOT a competition! it was a PRAISE & WORSHIP EXPERIENCE! That is what GOSPEL MUSIC is about...drawing the saints closer and closer to the LORD and leading the Sinners to repentance!! Donnie McClurkin was the BEST addition as a judge. He is undeniably anointed!
EJ & Troy, what did you think of her original song? I am wondering if Elder did the same song?
Yep great recap Troy. Although I missed the first half of the Finale I''m sure I'll be able to caught it on one of BET's rerun marathon's. Overall I think this was the best season of SB and will actually be checking for it next season. The only thing I disliked about the show is the lack of viewer involvement until lthe end. Kim Burrell's performance, although it was good, good, good seemed to go on too long and didn't include at least the top ten contestants in it. What I did like was the level of annointing that was present this season and the performances through out the season. Man I was glad when they didn't do secular music this season, I'm saying it's Sunday's Best, I never saw the need or the place for that. In the end we all know that both Elder and Leandria are going to both have very successful careers in gospel music and I pray God's blesses them both!
I looked forward to Sunday's Best each sunday and I am ahppy Leandria won, I think regadless who the winner was, both of these 2 singers will aspire to the things GOd has foer them so stop wtih all the negavity.
I loved the season Finale. I really liked Hezekiah walker singing Souled out at the begining. Did anybody else notice that the dudes in the choir were straight "Juking". I mean they were getting down! LOL. But I really enjoyed it. Kim burrell was awesome. She could sing the McDonalds menu and make it sound great. I especially liked Donald Lawrence section. I think I like blessing of abraham slowed down. In the end...I will be a supporter of both Leandria and Goldwire. I like them both. They were the best two to go to the finals. on another note...as far as the judges...I love donnie and Tina but please bring Erica back next season. Yolanda just didnt do it for me. Her comments just seemed so dry. Please dont throw tomatoes at me. Just my observation.
Well I knew that she was gonna win I dont know why people had to vote because like i said it was already determined. Anyway Kim did an awesome job. She is doing alot more with her voice since the weight loss. Im looking forward to her and Leandria's project's.
I think there were a couple secular selections on the program but they kept it to a minimum. But, they sure brought on enough secular artists as special guests to compensate. Next season, I hope we can completely get rid of all secular selections & keep promotional opportunities strictly for gospel artists.
Lenadria deserved it,she was consistent every week! The anointing that woman has is amazing, she really is a servant of the king. I love the finale, it was good seeing old faces. Jessica Reed is something not to mess with, and Ya'nna crrawley is something serious, her range is out this world. Also Kim burrel really amazed me, her runs are so control and her range is just SICK! Trust me God is not through with the elder, he would go into bigger and better things. He was a good singer, and he was so unique with his singing. This was by far the best season yet, the anointing, great singing and the power of God were all present!
Congrats to Leandra! This SB was the best so far but as being fair to the contestants next season when it comes down tot he top 3 I feel it should be taken from the Judges hand and given to the people. The truth is I knew Leandra won by Yolandas comments tellin her that she was Sunday Best and tell Elder Goldwire that she would invest in his project. Yeah I also was shocked that Durward Davis was missing.. Where was DD? Hez tore it up and Souled out is still in the top ten!! D-Lawarence what can u say? I was hoping they did the rap part too Let the word do the work... Not a kIm b fan...so no comment
This season was the best in my opinion. I enjoyed the anoiting most of all. It was amazing to feel the power of God through the television from both Leandria and Elder Goldwire. And let's not forget Donnie...awesome. Yolanda is a true praiser and will praise him anywhere!! My daughter and I had church several times right in our living room while watching the show. I was glad to hear Yolanda step up and say she will put her funds up to create an avenue for Elder Goldwire. He has a style all his own and will be a blessing to many. I can't wait until Leandria cd come out but it will probably be a yr or so. If she connects with the right team of writers, marketing and producers she will have a great project that the world can hear. Leandria is blessed vocally and I wish her the best spiritually and naturally. Y'anna Crawley 's cd has been pushed back again until August. Grandma's Hands was not a good choice as first song.
I love to hear a good soprano!! And I can see Crystal Aikin being a soprano, but I think Yanna and Leandria, while they have strong voices with range, are more-so altos than sopranos. And with the exception of CeCe Winans (who is definitely an alto), and maybe even Kierra Sheard, I agree that the rest are sopranos.
Grandma's Hands was not a good choice as first song. I agree, I know Y'anna can sang, come on record company!
I noticed. Where was he?
Does anyone know if there is an agreement in the contract that Elder's cd as runner-up can't come out before Leandria's?
I don`t know about that, I don't see why not.
Yeah, I thought that things did look kinda ho hum when Leandria was announced winner. Bad move on BET'S part. I am so proud of Leandria! It was in the bag. I among the majority as well knew she was going to win. The judges had already set the atmosphere for her to win. Leaving Elder Goldwire no other choice but to be nothing other than runner-up. I hope that future shows will be more professional and not personal.
@Yvi M....Our Elder did not win but he did an excellent job. Did you know that the house that LeAndria said she lost did not belong to her?.It was rented..She said this in an interview at the end of the season. That is a huge diffrence!!! ...The viewers were sympathetic towards her because of her hardluck story. All she had to do was to rent another house....This was rather misleading... She played on the viewers emotion with a half truth.I think Tiffany is a better singer.
Wwwwoowwwwww.... your ELITISM and INSENSITIVITY is amazing. A lost house is a lost house, rented or bought. She didn't have anywhere to live. Some renters rent because they CANNOT get approved for a mortgage (or deathgrip, as I have heard it referred). And she didn't lie unless the SB application asked if contestants were homeowners or asked some other questions about their housing status. Jesus, PLEASE be my fence again because I have little to no tolerance for.... yet but for the grace of God, there go I....
Yes, I wondered what happened to Durward Davis. He was the best to me! Also, I wish they would state how much money the winners received. It seems a little shady when they don't announce it.
@Tam Tam......Yes..".a lost house is a lost house "....I agree ,but there is a diffrence when you are not the owner ..won't you agree?....If LeAndria had said ,the house she rented went into foreclosure and she had nowhere to go.. do you think the publics reaction would have been the same?.... I am sensitive to the Holy Spirit ,and all along I just could not get any peace in my spirit towards her...then I knew something was wrong..but I did not know what it was.
Amazing: following your logic, exactly how much information are contestants required to share in an audition? Did every contestant come under the same scrutiny for whatever circumstances they endured at the time of their audition? It really bothers me (in general) when a person's accomplishment is downplayed because of the perception that they were inappropriately favored in some kind of way, like they got a hand-out or something versus the person having worked hard, performed well and won based on performance and merit, not favoritism. If anything, it could be said that the gentlemanly elder got favored because of his age. Now I don't believe that myself and I would call anybody out who says otherwise. But see how insulting that sounds? If LeAndria did come up with the grand scheme to come to her audition not looking "winnish" as Erica C. said, with a story that she lost her house to get sympathy, I'm thinking if she couldn't sing, she wouldn't have made the cut because better singers got turned away, IMHO, throughout the audition portions of the show. My pick was LeAndria from her audition and it's a bonus that a person who came up from tragedy has won. I ain't mad about that at all. That's why I don't say she deserved the title, I say she EARNED it. That's a huge difference.
@Tam Tam..OK ...Lets agree to disagree....By the way there was no deception on Elders part about his age. Have a great week. God bless.
Not sure what/where we're disagreeing. But again, following your logic, this question must be asked of the gentlemanly elder: "Where's your birth certificate to prove your age, sir?", since it appears that LeAndria has to prove her residency/produce a rental or mortgage agreement or insurance claim to verify her loss. Amen.
@ Tam Tam....I'm with Amazing on this one- huge difference in losing a rented apt/house and losing a mortgage/downpayment and going into forclosure. If I get evicted from an apt/house due to the owner going into forclosure - at some point, I get my security deposit back, find another place and keep it moving. A mortage/forclosure is a whole different story. If it were me and I put it out there to the public (as Leandria volunteered to do), I would have stated a house I was renting as to be careful not to mislead anyone. Definitely would have cleared it up before the competition was over especially since I'm sure she was reading some of the comments. She can definitely sing- no question but she wasn't the best singer and did advance due to her "situation". Many people commented that she deserved it based on all that she "went through" and how she managed to make it to the auditions and compete despite her trials. Also, they loved the fact that she was a struggling single parent.
And yes, Elder was discriminated on based on his age- I read and heard many people comment as to "who would buy his cd at 79, what record label would give him a deal at 79, he wasn't marketable at 79, and wouldn't be able to keep up with the heavy schedule and tour at 79. When in reality, if Kim Burrell, Yolanda, Donnie and Erica who are all in the business advanced him that far they must have felt he was more than capable and able to handle it. In reality, Elder is the most marketable of the group- he is articulate, can sing, entertaining and has showmanship- he actually has the "it" factor out of all the contestants. He created the most buzz out of all the contestants and kept people coming back week after week that normally would not watch Sunday Best on a regular basis.
@amazing- Yes, Elder did a fantastic job and though I said I was a bit disappointed in some performances because I;ve heard him before Sunday Best, but the more I rewind and watch his performances I know he did extremely well considering the songs he was given and the timeframe to execute. I heard the schedule they had the contestants on were extemely challenging for a 30 year old! Tiffany sings very well but my personal favorite based on vocals alone (aside from Elder, of course :), was Martha - she has a very beautiful and unique voice. However when I heard her last week at the Evening with some of Sunday Best contestants, she was still very hoarse. They have 40 more shows around the US and I don't know if she is going to make it- she def sung but her voice is not as pretty and she can't hit those high notes due to the hoarseness but aside from her vocals, she didn't do alot for me.
What remains unclear to me is the perception that LeAndria deceived Sunday Best and the viewers. Like I said initially: a lost house is a lost house. No place to live, no roof over her head was the situation, regardless of whether she was a homeowner or a renter. And from what I recall, wasn't the reason for the loss was due to a fire or other type of natural disaster, so she lost all her belongings, her clothes, etc. It wasn't like she was evicted. I truly do not understand the resistance to this notion.
Well, by definition, he wasn't discriminated against, some would say he was favored because of his age. I personally do not believe that to be the case. He earned his way into those top spots. The other criticism is that consistency matters. If one is questioning LeAndria's situation, wanting proof of her "loss", then one should ask for the Elder's birth certificate. Is he really 79 years old? We don't want the public to be misled if we were to find out that Elder is really the ripe ol' age of 67....
@Tam Tam....LeAndria said the house she rented went into foreclousure..no fire or natrual disaster.
Yvi M..There is no doubt Elder is a better vocalist. On the night of the Finale. some of LeAndria's supporters were saying that Elder sounded better than her. To be honest I did not pay much attention to the other singers..I mentioned Tiffany because I remember her singing that "Going up Yonder" song... However whats done is done ,so best wishes to all & ,lets move on. Take care ... God bless.
I stand corrected. Yet I still do not see the deception that she's being accused of doing. A lost home is still a lost home. The loss resulted in her becoming homeless, and it appears that it was not of her doing.
@Tam Tam- just want to be clear- I didn't say Leandria was deceptive or intentionally meant to mislead anyone- I don't know her at all so I would never make that assessment. She probably at her audition interview said the first thing that came to her mind but I do believe she benefited from it and maybe -maybe could have cleared it up earlier. I definitely believe she benefited from a voting perspective - I think they took the story and ran with it without knowing all of the facts.
The loss of Leandria's house rented, bought, etc., doesn't matter. Her divine God-given talent was the reason why she won. I didn't give her any "sympathy" votes. It is what it is.
Here's what you said upthread: "If it were me and I put it out there to the public (as Leandria volunteered to do), I would have stated a house I was renting as to be careful not to mislead anyone. Definitely would have cleared it up before the competition was over especially since I'm sure she was reading some of the comments." This latest response, particularly this portion: "I do believe she benefited from it and maybe -maybe could have cleared it up earlier. I definitely believe she benefited from a voting perspective - I think they took the story and ran with it without knowing all of the facts." reads like a backtrack: she should have said something to clear things up, but THEY [I presume they refers to the show's producers] ran with it without knowing all of the facts. And this: "She probably at her audition interview said the first thing that came to her mind" as opposed to the third thing that came to her mind, which was what? I'm homeless because the owner of the house I was renting could not/did not keep up the mortgage payments and subsequently the house went into foreclosure? In case the headlines from the past year or five haven't been read, this situation has happened to A LOT of folk across the country. So if this fact benefited LeAndria, as you say, I say it wasn't because they pitied her; it was because they could relate to her situation. I'd prefer to believe that she earned the title because of her performances, not because she got pity votes. I ask yet again: 1) what facts change the overarching fact that this contestant was without housing = homeless? 2) (Why) Does it matter whether she owned or rented the residence?
I usually don't post but had to one this matter. I am with Tam Tam, no home - homeless. To me the real deal is that we NEVER really Own anything - it ALL belongs to God! Even when a home mortgage is paid off, a person still has to pay property taxes or home is taken!! So, in essence, it's not really owned by them!! Yes, may have a deed, but don't pay the taxes and see what happens!! Therefore, "home" is a place for shelter, whether rented or paying a mortgage, it really doesn't matter. I voted for her on her ministry of song and consistency as well as heart for the Lord!! To me she represented the Holy Spirit in Her and that is really all that matters!! Besides, the only home we may ever have as our OWN is the one in Heaven that Jesus went away to prepare for us to live Eternally!! ALL things on this earth are temporary anyway!!! God bless!
Great observation- she blossomed before our eyes. The shy, unsure person that she was when she first came in is gone! I welcome the new Leandria!
I don't think they are sopranos. They all hit high notes, but I am certain they are not sopranos.
ok, I was going to leave this alone- there is no backtracking here- so here we go: I said "If it were me and I put it out there to the public (as Leandria volunteered to do), I would have stated a house I was renting as to be careful not to mislead anyone. Definitely would have cleared it up before the competition was over especially since I'm sure she was reading some of the comments." OK - I said I would have stated I was renting as to be CAREFUL not to mislead anyone - I NEVER said she intentionally tried to mislead anyone- and yes, once I saw the public opinion and the comments, I would have tried to clear it up - that is just how I am. I am very cautious about how things are perceived but again this is just me. Whether you want to admit it or not, people were mislead but I never said she planned it that way.
Yes- @ the audition, I can understand her saying I just lost my house because sometimes you are not thinking (this is what I meant when I said she probably just said the first thing that came to her mind) but when I read some comments and saw how many were feeding into it- I, Yvi, would have tried to clear it up before the voting began. Yes- she gained some votes (not all) due to ther "situation" (benefited) But that has nothing to do with her motives and intent- which I can't speak on. And "they" ran with it was referring to the voting public. As to your last two questions as to what facts change the fact that she was homeless, and why does it matter 1. We don't know if she was homeless- she said she lost her home but doesn't mean she was sleeping in the streets- it appears she has a loving family that supported her through this transition, but yet, I understand your point. To both your questions, I will just say that you would have to be a homeowner to understand - there is a bigger financial investment and emotional attachment to a home when you own it vs renting, therefore equating to a bigger loss.
Yvi M said: "...you would have to be a homeowner to understand - there is a bigger financial investment and emotional attachment to a home when you own it vs renting, therefore equating to a bigger loss." And here's where elitism and ignorance rears its ugly head via assumptions. How do you know I am not a homeowner? How do you know that LeAndria wasn't a homeowner prior to the renting situation? How can you measure what's a loss to someone else? A loss is a loss, period. And for you or anyone else to downplay what one has lost as insignificant because it was a rental situation is wrong and wicked and oppressive on so many levels. Having to start over means having to start over. It's like when (white) folk say pull yourself up by your bootstraps but how can one do that if you don't even have bootstraps? I went through two layoffs through a six-year period. And I have a master's degree. So even though I have a master's degree, I still had to start over. Yes, I'm starting over from a different vantage point than one who didn't get their high school diploma. But I would never accept someone saying that I don't understand what a layoff feels like because of my educational level. A layoff is a layoff. A rejection is a rejection. And just like LeAndria, I got the victory. I'm working on my doctorate in education. Paid in full. To God be the glory.
Part 2: And "they" ran with it was referring to the voting public. Are you calling SB's voters gullible? Those that voted for LeAndria were taken in by a (fake) sob story about homelessness? As if they (we) have no ability to make a conscious choice to vote for LeAndria based on her overall package (performance, grit, consistency, etc.)? What. An. Insult.
Tam Tam...ok, I see you, girl! First, I thought you were serious but now I know you are one of those persons that like to throw out volatile statements just for attention and gain an audience. In person, you are probably a person that is always starting something. You are what I call a drama queen! If you can read all that you stated by my comments, than more power to you! I said nothing about Leandria never owning a home prior to this situation. Where did that come from, and what is the point of you bringing it up? So happy that God has blessed you, and I could go on and on about all that I've been through as well- we all can. If you are or were a homeowner than you should very well know what I'm talking about. Yes, a loss is a loss but you can stil measure a loss- that is just commen sense. This is the last word I will have on this subject to YOU because I can tell you are not trying to have a discussion but an arguement. God bless!
Ahhh.... Ok! I See you, Yvi M! Ye ol' name calling and run tactic. Sigh.... You said: "..you would have to be a homeowner to understand" You said: I said nothing about Leandria never owning a home prior to this situation. Where did that come from, and what is the point of you bringing it up? That's where it came from. Were you talking about me and/or LeAndria? I asked questions and I ask(ed) them in sincerity seeking to understand your point of view. However, it seems to be circular at best.
Amen and congrats NAJ!
I know this is late but its the following sunday and i'm still listening to jessica greedy's 1 min part of season. I wish i could put it on my Ipod.
