In my humble opinion, if there were an award for ‘best EVER live DVD in gospel music,’ it should go to Fred Hammond for his Speak Those Things: POL 3 DVD.
From songs to production to staging to…ALL OF IT, it’s just incredible to me.
One of the greatest moments of the project was when they performed a version of “Total Praise” arranged like only Fred could arrange it. Check it out–
Makes me miss Radical for Christ, too.
What do you think?

I STILL love the original, but listening to this rendition of it, made me love the song in a whole new way!
Radical for Christ took over my CAR! Man...The Inner Court was my CD!!!!!
Good choice.... But the audience on this DVD look more like spectators (seeing a show) than participants in the "worship". I'd have to put CeCe Winans' "Live in the Throne Room" above Fred's.... Better production, more engaged audience, etc.
This was a really good DVD!!! I loved it!!! I loved the "Old School Medley", the energy of Mo Horns and more! Throne Room was powerful!!
Tam Tam: Did you ever look up those CD's that I suggested to you?
Hi, Dwayne: yes, I did! :-) It's been a minute. Please forgive me for my lack of recall of which ones I liked.
Yeah I love the original to death but now that I heard this I can just really go into worship on this cut...Ive always loved Freds music so Im suprised I havent heard this before!!!
Fred Hammond's music just takes you to another place ... one filled with peace and a sense of understanding. I love the original and am also surprised that I've never heard this before now. Thanks for sharing. What a blessing!
Champion (not to be confused with Darwin Hobbs good CD) Freddy Rodriguez
Ummm I love me some Uncle Fred but the Best Gospel live DVD is..... Israel & New Breed Live in south Africa. Hands down the livest worship experience to be caught on camera. Once Alpha & Omega started up, I was prostrate for the rest of the DVD!
This song is actually #1 on my ipod! I love the version and the I can feel the spirit every time I listen to it. I really do think that it's the best DVD out there and it makes me miss Radical for Christ too. Does anyone know the story as to why Radical for Christ doesn't sing with Fred anymore? I never got an explanation as to why they disbanded and stuff.
