I post this video every 6 months or so, I think. It never gets old. I do it under the guise of “well, there may be some new visitors to the site who haven’t seen it since the last time,” but the reality is that I just adore it.
I’ve said it countless times, but Melonie Daniels is one of my favorite singers to ever walk this planet. This particular song, “Forever,” was featured on the CD from her church in NY, Greater Allen Cathedral.
Enough intro… just prepare yourself and try not to knock anything over in your immediate area–

Wow, thanks for sharing for all of us who haven't seen this before. I've only seen Melanie Daniels once on a you tube video of Kirk Franklin hanging in the studio with some ladies. He had each one give a snippet and when he got to her she acted like to was too good to bother with it. When she did sing I wasn't impressed, but man was I wrong. This girl is SICK! This video is bound to end up as a facebook posting as I go to you tube to check her out.

I've had the privilege of seeing her live at The Greater Allen Cathedral and she nails it everytime! In fact, I think they sang this song during a Sunday worship service once...

My cousin goes to Allen and when I walked in there and saw her, I almost passed clean out! I'd move back to Jamaica just to hear her on Sundays! Man! I've never seen this so thank you!
YES SIR!!!! That video is fire! When the whole congregation in involved it warms my soul. Don't get me wrong Melonie Daniels is a beast vocally hands down! What makes this a true experience is the fact there are no statues (if you know what I mean)!!! Thanks for posting EJ
