The Lexi Show Returns to The Word Network

About time! ;-)

After a nearly one-year hiatus, The Lexi Show is returning to The Word Network.

News that the show had been cancelled came suddenly last year, following an incredible season of Lexi’s hard-hitting interviews with some of the most highly-discussed people in Christianity and gospel music, including Tonex, Bishop Thomas Weeks, Pastor Tony Smith, Debra Winans and Carlton Pearson.

The new season will premiere in September of this year. In addition to her hit show, Lexi is putting the finishing touches on her new album, Phenomenal.

no it isn't. Giving way too much spotlight on people that are leading people away from Christ. She doesn't know what she's talking about half the time. Not a good show. Sorry for the negative comments, but true.

Wow t3244 that you think I don't know what I'm talking about. And I try and give everyone a chance to speak and talk about their faith. Let us come and reason with each other is what the word tells us to do. But that's cool.

Lexi I don't agree with 13244 that you didn't know what you're talking about, but at times it was like I was watching the Gospel of Inclusion show. I hope the direction of the return of your show is different in that you would correct your guest when they are going against what the ONE TRUE AND LIVING GOD represented. HOLINESS IS STILL RIGHT!! AMEN

Well, I, for one, am excited! Lexi, I love your show, was upset and heartbroken when I heard it was cancelled, and still have episodes on my DVR. I appreciated the forum you provided (a forum that no one else provided or duplicated.) You made me think and made me commit to what I believed. Congratulations!

I love that Lexi commented back. And I, for two, (since Fredric said it first lol) am ecstatic to see the show return. Issues exist to be discussed. Go Lexi...your fellow Ohioans are uber excited for you as well.

I'm loving this news, The Lexi Show was one of the only reasons I watched The Word Network. And I too am loving the fact that Lexi commented back.

I'm ecstatic to see the show return! I enjoyed being able to catch the show on the word network but spent most of my time on youtube and I watched every episode. I appreciated that Lexi was respectful of the person and allowed them their platform but she still came with it and showed that she loved God! I also thoroughly enjoyed the youtube funnies with Marcus Cole! Congrats to the network for realizing they lost a gem!

WOW but i'm glad you said cuz I think the same way. Her show ranks up there with the worlds talk shows which uncover dirt and hurt and destroy families. Her show does not help the gospel, Christian community or the church. It exposes the church and not for good but for it's evil. The world sees it and says see they aint right so why should I get right. Now if she does a show promoting the body of christ and the good they do in the community then thats another thing. Who cares tonex came out that he gay? We already knew that We knew tonex smoth was crazy and we knew carlton pearson was misguided. Her show became the newage soap opera what will she expose next. The whole carlton person thing everyone wanted geroge bloomer to be bloomer and go at him. Jamal bryant did and we all cheered. and that built uo the BOC how? Someone please explain.

You should give everyone a chance to express there faith but at the same time being in the position of your show and defending the Truth aka the Gospel of Jesus and give your guest the truth case in point tonex. What he said was wrong and in the spirit of error and in your position and knowing what the word of God says about his life style should have called him on it. Thats journalism 101 not only listening but playing both sides of the table. Larry King did that to every Christian and mega-pastor on his show. Just don't expose the dirt, show the fruit too. Good interview with the wright family and cooper temple.
