I’m a patient dude. At least, I try to be. But there are a three albums that I’m anxious to get, and I’m just about tired of waiting!
In no particular order, I’m tapping my foot HARD about new albums from:
21:03, Z’iel, Crystal Aikin
Sure, the new albums from Kirk Franklin and Mary Mary will tide me over with great music for the next several months, but I’m not just eager for good music…
I’m particularly interested in these three albums so that I can see the growth of these 3 artists. We, as an industry, have kinda had the opportunity to watch them from the beginning, and each is said to have evolved or developed in some unique way leading up to now.
I wanna see. I wanna hear. Like… soon! Lol

well im waiting for Kim Burrell and Twinkie out of all the other artists this year. I do wonder about Ramiyah it has been a long long time since I have heard people mention them as welll as Lond Larmond. Long over due for new music!

I work for the Verity Street Team and with 21:03 & Crystal on the label..WE ARE SO READY FOR THEIR RELEASE!!! I know we were promoting 21:03 single "Incredible" since last year. If im not mistaken, 21:03 is set to release sometime in the summer. But anywho...Im patiently waiting...
I am eagerly awaiting the new releases from "Twinkie Clark", "Kim Burrell ", "The Clark Sisters", and "Kirk Franklin". I wish "Blanche McCallister Dykes" would come out with here debut project soon, really, really, soon!
I am waiting for GOD'S (GI) IMAGE to hit the gospel music industry with their next album. GI of Richmond, Va., dropped their single March 15th and the music industry is embracing their single " Forever We Will Worship" like HOTCAKES. Im just letting all GI fans go pick this up on Itunes it will bless your soul.......................... Brandon, Lamonte, and Curtis will be on the ballads for the Grammy Awards, Stellar Awards, Dove Awards, Soul Train Awards, GMWA Awards, & GMA, etc.
Well the album I am waiting for is Donnie McClurkins ...I am just tapping my toes anxiously awaiting his new CD...Which I am sure will be powerful.

I can't wait for Jessica Reedy's project!!! I know this is kinda crazy to say about someone you do not know, but I love her HEART! Better yet I love what God has done/is doing with her heart! I love her passion for conveying the gospel and her testimony with sincerity and humility! I am expecting her album to be a reflection of this, hence I am EXCITED!!! Oh and of course, Her VOICE is gorgeous! If not already apparent, I can't wait for her album to drop!!! lol :-)

Anxiously awaiting new music from Kim Burrell and Richard Smallwood. Why? They are both tremendously gifted and unique with what they bring forth, musically. Their music usually unexpectedly hits me deep in the pit and helps me to let go of whatever I may have been holding onto.

I am interested in seeing the treatment for Jessica Reedy and LeAndria Johnson. I love Crystal Aikin. She's been doing great singing as guest on cds (Joe Pace, Bishop Paul Morton 25th). Ricky Dillard's release is fastly approaching and I'll get that live cd. COGIC National Mass Choir The St. Louis Experience cd to give us a good church experience. Full Gospel Baptist also needs to come out with another praise and worship cd, the last one was awesome and didn't catch on until 2-3 years after its release.
I want to see what direction the music of LeAndria Johnson is going to take; I'm interested in seeing how her label presents her. Kim Burrell: I want to hear because I'm interested in hearing how and if she takes her signature sound to new heights. I know what she sounds like; I know what she can do - I just feel there is more to this talented woman. Richard Smallwood sort of lost me with his last release; for me it was just so so. I want to hear classic Smallwood on this occasion. Andre Crouch has done it all - I'm eager to hear what he has up his sleeve.

Kim Burell of course!!!! Can't wait. I would have said Leandria Johnson but based on all of the negativity surrounding her due to her performance at the Gayfest, I will not buy anything that she releases. Don't come to my church and tell me how to live and pretend to be HOLY THAN THOU and then live contrary to what you preach and sing about. Sorry, this is just my opinion.
