Word Has It: Karen Clark Sheard Album Cover & Pre-Order

Word has it that Karen Clark Sheard’s fifth solo album, All In One, will be available for pre-order from iTunes beginning on March 23rd. The project will be in-stores everywhere on April 6.
Featuring guest vocals from her sister, Dorinda Clark Cole, daughter Kierra Sheard and niece Angel Chisholm, keys by her cousin Bill Moss Jr., and production by both her son, J Drew Sheard II, and cousin J Moss, this project is definitely a family affair.
The lead single, “Prayed Up,” is already doing well at radio (and you can hear it on the Pundit Player here, too). Make sure you call your local stations to request it.

That airbrushing is just to much…I can’t believe she approved that picture for a album cover…people are talking more about that picture than the album…

I love Karen. I can’t wait for the album to drop. I think she is naturally beautiful. Having said that, she went a little wild with the makeup. Her face doesn’t even look real!

Love you Karen. However, what’s up with the photoshopped face. It looks flat, no wrinkles or creases. Graphic Designer here! I can’t wait for the CD. I’m sure she will bring it.

I like the photo. I think that it is suppose to represent a painted photo. On to the real matter at hand which is the contents of this package. I love the new single. I listen to the snippets from “All In One” and I love all of them. I love the fact that Karen is never predictable with her music ministry. I will be buying a few copies of this one to sow into a few friends lives. I am READY KCS!!!

Karen is my favorite singer, so I can not wait for this cd. Heard the snippets and love all of them. The cover is way too photoshopped, but oddly, I still love it. Go Karen!!! photoshop if u want too…lol.

KAREN IS A GORGEOUS WOMAN! The Photo doesnt do her justice with that being said I’ve seen worse album covers!!!! Karen is one of the greatest vocalist of all time and this album will nothing short of excellence and to notch! I love Because of You and I knw that the messages in the content of this album is sure to bless someone… So lets look beyond the album cover and do more than listen but hear this amazing woman of God and her appreciate her ministry!AMEND!

I like this cover much better. It’s so much better than what she had previously. I’m sooooo psyched about Karen’s CD cover!! I’ve heard a lot of songs off the project. She has another award winning cd as well as a tool to caterpault her record label.

I am with you Novella. I really hope it is not the final cover!! As far as the cd goes I heard the snippets,and they were alright. I am “HUGE” Karen fan but, I am not yet solded on the album.

I am ready for the new KCS cd. Actually the new single “Prayed Up” sounds just like a Jill Scott song.
But errrrummmmmmm who is that on the album cover though? Photoshopping/airbrushing has been taken to a whole other level. Isn’t Karen almost 50?

I CAN’T WAIT!!!! I haven’t heard anything but Prayed up and that is a hott song. I play it alot through our dear EJ’s Pundit Player! If the rest of the cuts are anything like that….WOW!
By the way crew…Karen earned the right to look anyway she wants to…even on a cd cover! lol

If Karen looked “50″ on the cd cover, then yall woulda been saying “wow, Karen’s aged”, or “why didn’t they doctor up that photo some??”….come on now…you can’t have your cake and eat it too…

I cannot wait for this cd! I am a huge Clark fan. The photo llooks better than the first set but there is alot of airbrushing going but it won’t take away from the musical ministry on this cd.

We all know Karen is 49 and she looks spectacular. I have seen her recently in person and she has very beautiful skin and a very youthful look. I really don’t care if the picture is airbrushed. I just know the cd is going to be ALL THAT!!!! “ALL IN ONE”.

Well I have to say that Karen Clark Shears has really out done herself this time. The CD is great I love every song I have heard so far! Its on the same line as “2nd Chance”, an urban and new vibe. The cover is wonderful and if Karen approves, then I approve! Alright KCS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! It’s just so amazing to me how negative and critical people are. I think the CD cover is beautiful! It’s 2010 and I believe the airbrushing gives the photo a very modern, contemporary look. Idon’t believe it was done to hide wrinkles and all that foolishness because Mrs Sheard is a very beautiful woman in person. The airbrushing is very commercial and new age. It’s hot!

Yall come on now…The pic is really photoshopped but it certainly isn’t the worst thing I’ve seen. The content of the album is what REALLY matters and I think it’s gonna be a GREAT album from KCS.
And stop hyping stuff up. 5 ppl you know say a few things about the album cover and all of a sudden that constitutes as most?! That means the album cover is overshadowing the music? Please. This is Karen Clark Sheard we are talking about.

Ok…whatever about the pic. She looks nice to me and to echo another poster I will say this is not the first time you all have seen a photo shopped pic. I went to Karewrecords.com to check out the snippets on her sight and though I was already geeked about the snippets from the other sight, after listening to the longer versions on her sight I could not stop listening. This cd is going to be hotttttt and a blessing to millions. I Lovvvvve every single song snippet from her sight I heard. April 6, 2010 hurry up. Echooos if Karen liked the cover then I Loved it!!!!!

i feel like the cover looks a lil too airbrushed…love the hair and all…
as for the album..i cant wait to get it…and the single ‘prayed up’ is awesome…but i havent heard it on the radio here in the U.K…..so can y’all pls do something….

I’m excited about this new project. I love the picture eventhough that’s just the surface of this project (hint hint to all the naysayers). I have heard the snippets and its really lifting my spirit and building my inner man. God Bless you Karen Clark Sheard, this cd will be a blessing and lifting to the nations!
